Step into the shoes of your customer to see the full power of Visa’s technologies.

 

Visa San Francisco, the company’s global headquarters, needed a comprehensive, updatable, configurable guided tour experience to attract clients and partners to collaborate on technology innovations together. Spinifex took this challenge head on, in one of our most complex deployments yet.

Together with Visa’s team, we created a 12-exhibit, content-rich tour showcasing Visa technology enablement throughout daily interactions, their global reach & social impact, their dozens of capabilities, and their human centered design approach. 

The host orchestrates the tour via tablet , which launches media stories and guides attendees through the interactive journey on connected mobile devices provided to each guest. Guests can identify topics of interest as each relevant subject is covered to save in a virtual briefcase their account executive can follow up on after the tour.

The success of this development and COVID disruption led to the creation of the Visa Virtual Innovation Experience, a custom-built virtual presentation tool with rich integrated media and second-screen connectivity, shared by both their NA and LAC offices.
