A digitally connected attraction

 

The refreshed Test Track attraction was launched as the first attraction at Disney World to provide a next generation experience by integrating the soon-to-launch MagicBands directly into the end to end experience. Beginning in the queue experience, guests design their own unique car design and explore how different design choices impact four key connected qualities: Efficiency, Power, Responsiveness, and Capability. Then, they test their designs by going through tests aligned to these 4 areas on the main ride, scoring at each zone along the way. On exit, they can see their score against the day and all time leaders, make a unique car commercial featuring their car, drive it on a digital slot-car track, or even get a life-size photo with their vehicle or a real Chevy car, all connected back to and accesisble with their MagicBand or tap card.
