A Mobile Stunt for The CW

Launching a spinoff with a world-bleeding mobile tour.

 

The CW was looking for an impactful experience to promote their new Arrow spinoff series, The Flash, in advance of its Fall premiere, and their agency came to us looking for an engaging and interactive stunt to support this. Inspired by STAR Labs from the pilot and their key role, we concepted, designed, and activated a mobile truck tour as the Labs surveying the population in search of more metahumans.

With a volunteer participant card and unique barcode, guests competed in several speed based challenges to see if they, too, could be a superhero like The Flash. The barcode doubled as a unique ID code to unlock and share your scores, photos, and videos on a companion microsite.

The tour activated across Los Angeles and Las Vegas over 9 days leading up to the premiere and launch of the series, which was The CW’s biggest premiere to date.
